I am a Beachbody health and fitness coach, training to add life coaching to my resume. I love to help other women create healthier, happier lives! I'm passionate about personal development, and am always working to become a better person, and creating a life I love. <br/><br/>I love spending time with my toddler-age daughter, taking her to parks, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I love traveling, reading, going to church, going to concerts (mostly indie rock... my favorite band is Grouplove), food, working out, yoga, and healthy, natural living (although I'm not strict with myself by any means).
